A) Processing necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR

 

This includes:

 

  • placing and processing orders,

  • delivery of purchased products,

  • handling payments,

  • customer service communication related to the order,

  • maintaining a Customer Account in the online store.

 

 

B) Compliance with legal obligations – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
