Complaints
At Nordico, we care about the high quality of our products and customer satisfaction. If the ordered product has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during transport, or if any parts are missing from the package, you may use our complaint procedure.
How to submit a complaint

Complaint process
After receiving your submission, we will proceed with its verification.
We review complaints within 14 calendar days, although in most cases we act much faster.
You will be informed about the result of the complaint decision by email.
Complaint resolution
If the complaint is accepted as valid:
-
in the case of damage or missing parts, we will send a new, full-value replacement part for the claimed product,
-
in the case of a manufacturing defect, depending on the situation, we will take appropriate action to restore the full usability of the product (replacement of a part, replacement of the product, or another agreed solution).
All costs related to the accepted complaint, including the shipping of replacement parts, are covered by Nordico.
Additional information
Please note that the following are not subject to complaints:
-
damage resulting from incorrect assembly or use contrary to the instructions,
-
natural wear and tear resulting from normal use of the product.

Withdrawal from the contract
I. Information on the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which the goods were received.
1. Time limit and form of withdrawal
-
The period for withdrawal from the contract expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement sent to:

To effectively withdraw from the contract, the Consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided at the bottom of this page, although this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day period.
2. Return of goods
-
The Consumer is obliged to send back the product immediately, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer informed the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer.

The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received or until the Consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
-
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
II. Effects of withdrawal from the contract
-
In the event of an effective withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse the Consumer all payments received from the Consumer, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller).

The reimbursement shall be made no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract, using the same means of payment as were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different method of reimbursement.
III. Limitations of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights, including in particular:
-
products made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
-
goods which, after delivery, have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons,
-
digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the Consumer’s prior express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
-
products which, after delivery, by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items.
IV. Complaint procedure
1. Grounds for complaint
The Consumer has the right to lodge a complaint in the event of:
-
non-conformity of the goods with the contract,
-
physical defects or damage occurring during transport,
-
receiving goods that are incomplete or inconsistent with the Order.
2. Submitting a complaint

The complaint should include:
-
name and surname / company name,
-
order number or invoice number,
-
description of the defect and circumstances in which it was identified,
-
the Consumer’s request (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract),
-
photos documenting the defect (if possible).
3. Complaint handling
-
The Seller will examine the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
-
If the complaint is accepted, the Consumer will be informed about the next steps (e.g. how to send back the goods or the expected time for repair/replacement).

If it is necessary to return the product, it should be sent to the warehouse address:

If the complaint is found to be justified, the cost of the return shipment is covered by the Seller.
