§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a standard form contract defining the rules of operation of the Store and the purchase of Products, including information on the rights and obligations of customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings indicated below:
Customer – a natural person, legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, to which special provisions grant legal capacity, who places or intends to place an Order in the Store;
Account – a space in the Store made available to the Customer after registration, enabling the management of Customer data, including Orders;
Product – a movable item or service presented in the Online Store by the Seller, which constitutes the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller;
Terms and Conditions – this document, the content of which constitutes an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer;
Store – the ICT platform operated by the Seller, used in particular for placing Orders, available on the Internet at www.nordico.pl;
Seller – Nordico sp. z o.o., ul. Chorzowska 150, 40-101 Katowice, Poland, NIP: 6343053105, REGON: 541153408, KRS: 0001160704;
Sales Agreement – a sales agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer, the subject of which is the purchase of Products;
Service – an electronic service provided by the Seller consisting of maintaining the Customer’s Account in the Store;
Order – a declaration of intent made by the Customer aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, constituting an offer to conclude such agreement, specifying its essential terms.
The controller of the Customer’s personal data is the Seller. Information on the processing of personal data is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms and Conditions – the Privacy Policy.
Product prices are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN).
The moment of conclusion of the Sales Agreement is the moment the Customer confirms the Order by clicking the button “ORDER AND PAY”.

To use the Store, including placing Orders, the following is required:
a device with Internet access and a web browser with cookies enabled and Flash Player plug-in installed, as well as an active email account.
§2 CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
The Seller enables free registration and creation of an Account for each Customer.
Creating an Account requires completing the registration form, accepting the Terms and Conditions and clicking the “REGISTER” button.
The Account and the agreement for the provision of electronic Services are established at the moment the Customer receives confirmation of registration by email.
The agreement referred to above is concluded for an indefinite period.
§3 ORDER PLACEMENT RULES
The Seller enables the conclusion of Sales Agreements both to Customers who have created an Account and those who have not.
In the absence of an Account or when creating one during the Order process, the Customer provides the data necessary to complete the Order.
The Sales Agreement is concluded upon clicking the “ORDER AND PAY” button.
Immediately prior to placing the Order, the Customer is informed of the main features of the Product and the total amount payable, including delivery costs.
After placing the Order, the Seller confirms it by email, providing the main features of the service and the Terms and Conditions.
If the Order cannot be fulfilled due to Product unavailability, the Customer will be immediately informed and any payments made will be promptly refunded.
§4 PAYMENTS
The Seller allows payment by:
cash on delivery,
bank transfer,
online payment (Stripe).
The payment operator is Stripe.
Available payment methods include online bank transfers, Visa Mobile, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard.
Failure to pay within 14 days results in automatic cancellation of the Order.
If a VAT invoice is issued, it will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
§5 ORDER FULFILLMENT
Order processing begins on the next business day following payment confirmation or Order confirmation.
Delivery methods and costs are selected during the ordering process.
Products are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise stated.
The Customer should inspect the shipment upon delivery and, in case of damage, prepare a damage report with the courier.
§6 COMPLAINTS
The Seller is obligated to provide Products free from defects.
A Product is defective if it does not conform to the contract.
Complaints may be submitted electronically or by email to kontakt@nordico.pl.
The Seller bears liability for defects discovered within 2 years from delivery.
The Customer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
The Seller shall respond to consumer complaints within 14 days and to other Customers within 30 days.
The Seller is not responsible for mechanical damages caused after delivery.
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods via:
Trade Inspection authorities,
consumer arbitration courts,
consumer ombudsmen.

§7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
A withdrawal form is available as Appendix No. 3.
Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Returned goods are stored for 21 days only.

A return is effective if sent within 14 days.
§8 COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
All Store content is protected by copyright law.
The Customer does not acquire any rights or licenses to use the content outside of the Store.
Any reproduction, modification or redistribution of content is prohibited without consent.
§9 FINAL PROVISIONS
The Customer may terminate the Account at any time.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions become effective upon publication.
Orders placed before changes remain subject to previous rules.
Disputes shall be resolved amicably or by Polish courts with jurisdiction over the Seller’s seat, except for consumers.
Each user may download and store the Terms and Conditions.
Polish law applies unless overridden by EU regulations.
Liability towards non-consumer Customers is limited to actual damages and capped at the Product price.
Provisions applicable to consumers also apply to sole traders acting outside their professional scope.
